If your guideline panel meeting was cancelled or postponed because of the current COVID-19 pandemics, you can collect feedback from your guideline panel, reach consensus, and make recommendations remotely using PanelVoice.
PanelVoice is an online tool for guideline developers and guideline panel members facilitating the process of going from evidence to recommendations. PanelVoice follows the Evidence-to-Decision framework designed by the GRADE Working Group.
We offer free access to PanelVoice to guideline projects impacted by COVID-19 pandemics.

We finish this year with a deep sense of satisfaction. The end of the year was very intense, but it resulted in many valuable meetings, trips and updates of GRADEpro software.
In September, we were present at the Guidelines International Network Conference in Manchester. This event gave us an opportunity to present a new tool, Interactive Decision Aid (iDeA). IDeA can help patients to understand experts’ recommendations. A tool can be customized to any needs of different groups of interest, as stake-holders, task-forces or patients and dedicated to chosen carrier as online tool, functionality on the website or a mobile application.
The new GRADEpro – RevMan 5 deep integration brings our users a completely new experience regarding the use of both tools together in one system. In this short post we would like to present the highlights of this new functionality, and to show how to maximise the benefits of the integration:
1. Direct review import
Connected accounts make it possible to share data between systems. After a GRADEpro user connects their Cochrane (Archie) account, new import options will appear. Wherever “import from Revman 5” is available, there will now appear an additional option: importing directly from the Archie server.
With the recent GRADEpro update it is now possible to connect your (Cochrane) Archie account to the GRADEpro system and synchronize data between the RevMan 5 and GRADEpro GDT software. You can find general information about this new integration in the following article “GRADEpro & RevMan 5″ and more details about possible use cases of this new function the article “How to use the new GRADEpro – RevMan 5 integration”. We are pleased to announce the launch of a new deep integration between GRADEpro and Review Manager 5 (RevMan 5). From now on you will be able to connect your Cochrane account (Archie account) with your GRADEpro account, to share and update your review data between those tools in real time, without the need to download or swap files back and forth.
Initiative of GRADE Planet as promoting of GRADE approach in guideline development and as campaign of rational thinking in the public sphere met so friendly and favourable reception during G-I-N days in Manchester. Our team of Aldona, Daria, Zbyś and Bart shared funny t-shirts, stickers and GRADE Planet idea with attendees and we made a nice acquaintance with many GRADE people.
As vacations are almost over, we start thinking about new challenges ahead of us in the coming months.
In a few days we will let you know about GRADEpro release that will let you for its better, more effective use.
Summertime is a good time to share with you some summer news.
First of all our CEO Zbyś won Polish championship in his category in Jiu-Jitsu. If you ever try to complain for GRADEpro publicly, please, think twice before 😉
For couple of days Miranda Langendam (one of GRADE Working Group experts) was visiting Krakow. We hoped to get some remarks to our core software, instead Miranda took a trip to the famous Leonardo’s masterpiece and preferred rather art discourse instead methodological one.
This year The Health Technology Assessment international 2018 Annual Meeting took place in Vancouver, Canada from Friday, June 1 to Tuesday, June 5.
We were there and had a little input to the programme. Our close contributors, Zuleika Saz Parkinson from Joint Research Centre, Jan Brożek, Gian Paolo Morgano and Wojtek Wiercioch from McMaster University and Evidence Prime CEO, Zbigniew Leś led the workshop “Use of Evidence to Decision frameworks in HTA: increasing stakeholder involvement and transparency”.
